Using the grips I was able to isolate the muscle that I was looking for and use the extra weight to get stronger. I didn’t get hand cramps, I actually got what I was looking for. It was so thin, I didn’t think it could do anything, but that’s the key to it! It’s so thin you can feel what you’re grabbing and you don’t lose any grip.
